VIP Loyalty Reward Card
This is a given for all customers who loads up at CleanFuel. A driver can simply register at any CleanFuel gas station. Just present a valid driver’s licence, fill out a form, and a VIP loyalty reward will be awarded. No payment is required.
Mechanics: 1 liter = 1 point system. This applies to all type of products. (Auto LPG, Diesel, Gasoline)
Accumulated points can be redeemed at any CleanFuel gas station with any of the corresponding reward items: Household items, Gadgets, Appliances, & Accessories. (Note: Items are subject to season and availability.)
Time of item claiming is from 8:30AM until 5:30PM, Mondays to Saturdays only.
Everytime a driver gas-up at CleanFuel, their VIP Loyalty reward card must be presented prior to payment in order to accumulate points. The accumulated points will be seen at the bottom of the receipt automatically.
Lost cards will not be replaced by the Management and points accumulated cannot be retrieved by the system once the card is lost. The driver may claim another VIP loyalty card again, free of charge.
Cleanfuel offers free tune-up on over 12 gas station. This service is free for all LPG vehicles, even if LPG conversion kits are not installed with the company. However, parts and other materials, if recommended, to be replaced are subject to charges. Otherwise, the tune-up of LPG vehicles are free of charge.
Selected Cleanfuel stations have Driver’s Lounge, equipped with double-deck beds and mattresses for drivers to stay and sleep in. Noticing the needs of many PUV drivers who work long hours, Cleanfuel provides free bedding facility. Lounges are air-conditioned from 10PM to 4AM daily, drivers are required to submit their driver’s license to the Officer-in-Charge, Cashier-on-Duty, or Security Guard for safekeeping.
All Cleanfuel gas stations are equipped with tire inflator system. These are capable of providing wheel tires up to 100 Psi for large vehicles such as 10-wheeler trucks and as low as 5 PSI for bicycles. It also has the capacity to equalize any regular vehicle tires, helping you achieve the maximum mileage of your vehicle. Having the right tire pressure can provide you the most comfortable ride, as well as the best fuel efficiency. We are also glad to assist you in refilling up your radiator with water to avoid overheating. Our friendly gas man will help you fill up your radiators at any time of the day.
Cleanfuel feels the need of motorists for secured parking spaces, rather than parking along the side of the road – which can be risky to most motorists, either being sideswept or being scratched by pedestrians. This is why we offer our parking spaces to our clients at any time of the day. We also know that wrecker trucks are always in pry for vehicles parked on certain No Parking zones. This allows you to be safe and secured. Moreover, parking at night along dark and empty roads can pose risks for carnappers. At CleanFuel, you are assured that all our premises are well-lighted and securely-guarded.
Cleanfuel offers free usage of toilet, for both men and women which are always maintained and cleaned.
All major credit cards are accepted in all CleanFuel gas station: VISA, MasterCard, BPI, Metrobank, JCB, Paymaya, GCash, etc.
Corporate Accounts
The Cleanfuel Management accepts company accounts on credits, following the steps:
- Submit a company profile to any CleanFuel gas station, addressed to the Head Office. You can also fill out a Business Registry Form at any CleanFuel gas station.
- Business Permit, Municipal Permit, and Barangay Permit are required.
- For Corporate: SEC Registration and List of Directors must be submitted.
- Your application form will be evaluated within a week’s period once it is submitted to the Head Office.
- Once the application is approved:
- A list of Vehicle Authorization with plate number is required.
- A list of Authorization with signature is also required.
- Terms and settlements can be paid in cash or credit card at any CleanFuel gas station.
